    Hai lúa có một ý kiến sau. Mong các bác cho ý kiến. Hailúa tuy không khá giả gì cả nhưng mỗi năm thì mình sẽ đóng góp vào quỹ của VG 100 USD. Số tiền này tuy chẳng lớn nhưng cũng đủ để mua một cây đàn Yamaha loại vừa phải. Cây đàn này dùng làm phần thưởng cho thành viên nào có tình cảnh khó khăn nhưng có lòng đam mê tập luyện đàn guitar cổ điển và tiến bộ nhanh và đáng khích lệ. VG không phải là một lớp học nên không thể biết rõ các thành viên ra sao và chỉ xem trình độ khi thành viên nào post nhạc lên mục Tài năng và có thể xem mỗi khi đến kỳ Offline (Ý kiến này là của bác Dưa Hấu). Các bác tự chấm rồi trao giải. Mỗi năm 1 lần. Món quà này tuy rất nhỏ nhoi nhưng cũng mong rằng nó có thêm một chút "máu" để cho các thành viên tập đàn siêng năng hơn. Đây chỉ là một chút lòng thành của Hai lúa với mong ước VG mình ngày càng phát triển.

    khà khà, bác hai lúa có quả là có tấm lòng hào hiệp, hê hê, em phải đăng kí chú nick mới rồi giả vờ oánh ậm ọe mấy phát post lên, hê hê, đến khoảng nửa tháng sau em chơi phát Aturias đoạn đầu, hê hê, 5 ngày sau em hoàn thành nốt, he he, về hoàn cảnh thì em đi học toàn đc giảm 50% học phí, thỉnh thoảng lại đc trợ cấp nữa, he he, vì bố em là thương binh mà. He he kiểu này chắc chắn năm nay em ôm trọn 100$ của bác roài. [​IMG] Hê hê, quả này thì cứ gọi là ngọt hơn cả trúng lô-tô, bác hai lúa nhẩy.     Kiểu này thì hỏng rồi bác Hai Lúa ạ.Tiêu chuẩn khó vãi. Đã hòan cảnh khó khăn, thì chẳng ai lại đi lao vào guitar, để rồi sau đó có một tiến bộ vượt bậc, rồi sau đó lại làm sư post những bài hay chất lượng, rồi lại đóng góp nhiều cho VG.Nếu có thể hòan thành tất cả thì e rằng [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG] lúc đó hòan cảnh khó khăn của người đó đã trở thành hòan cảnh đại khó khăn, chỉ vì lúc nào cũng guitar [​IMG] [​IMG] => bác phải tăng giải thưởng lên thì may ra [​IMG]:D<" border="0" alt="6.gif" />

    Em thấy cái quan trọng ở đây là 1 sự công bằng trong đánh giá. Vger nên lập 1 cái poll để bầu chọn, trong đó phân định rõ ra các tiêu chí mà anh em đã thống nhất như là tiến bộ trong guitar, đóng góp các bài viết chất lượng cho diễn đàn, ý tưởng ... và tổng hợp lại.

    em thấy nên chờ một cuộc offline rồi bầu ra 1 người giỏi nhất. Mà nên off trong hè, chứ giờ bận học lắm. Lâu lắm rùi không tập thêm được bài nào cả, chán quá

    Em lại thấy chuyện vote công khai sẽ không công bằng đâu, nếu một đồng chí nào đó vì muốn món quà của anh mà tự đăng ký hàng đống nick rồi vào vote cho mình thì sao, chưa kể còn lôi kéo bạn bè vào nữa (chuyện này ngày xưa xảy ra thường xuyên bên ttvn). Đây là mạng, có phải bỏ phiếu công khai trong quốc hội đâu mà quản lí đựơc. Thiết nghĩ cái này vẫn phải do ban quản trị quyết định

    Đúng, đúng cái này nhiều chỗ đã làm rồi và đã thất bại thảm hại. Chi = bác cứ giữ lấy số tiền ấy vì em nghĩ bác có tinh thần đáng khen nhất VG nên người xứng đáng nhận nhất là bác rồi. He he ko hiểu em thế có đúng không các bác.
